Patrizia Piccolo

BA, LL.B, Lawyer

With extensive knowledge of Canadian employment law and a passion for client service, you’ll want Patrizia in your corner.

Relationships matter to Patrizia. She forms close partnerships with each and every client, helping businesses of all sizes navigate tricky employment issues in a strategic, dynamic way. Her goal is to see her clients prosper.

Patrizia (pronounced ‘Patricia,’ just forget about the Z) always knew she wanted to be a lawyer. By 12 years of age, she’d read every single book in the young adult section of her Central Etobicoke public library. Her thirst for knowledge and her knack for public speaking, as well as her uncanny memory for case law, saw her through undergrad and law school.

Today, with intricate knowledge of employment and labour legislation, a deep understanding of how both legislation and case law applies to the situation at hand, and a dedication to ensuring the success of her clients’ businesses, she is a trusted advisor in her chosen field. She gives her clients what they need: a buffet table of options, along with the knowledge and advice to help clients choose the one that best suits their situation and desired outcome.

Her practice covers all aspects of the employment relationship: hiring, performance management, accommodation, workplace restructuring, termination, and post-employment obligations. In addition, Patrizia has a particular expertise in guiding workplaces through investigations when those are required.
