Alissa provides tailored advice to both employers and employees on a wide range of employment-related matters, including wrongful dismissals, human rights issues, and employment standards disputes.
Alissa helps clients navigate unique workplace issues and provides effective, pragmatic solutions to avoid litigation. However, where settlement is not possible, Alissa also has experience in being an advocate for clients before the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and in grievance arbitrations.
When she’s not focused on employment law, you can probably find Alissa outside being active, trying new restaurants in the city, or at a concert.
