Cynthia C. Ingram

B.A. Econ, LL.B., Lawyer

An extraordinary ability to recall every piece of information about a case – no matter how granular – is just one of the attributes that sets Cynthia Ingram apart from her peers.

Cynthia is a highly respected and trusted employment lawyer. She supports both employers and employees on human resource and employment-related matters, including in-house workplace investigations, human rights issues, occupational health and safety requirements, and risk management.

Her underlying goal? To provide practical strategies that help clients navigate complex statutory and human resources obligations – ultimately making work a better place to be.

As well as her fastidious attention to detail, Cynthia is also renowned for her advocacy work. With her general commercial law background and previous in-house experience, she brings a unique perspective that helps to get matters resolved outside of the courtroom. That said, she has extensive experience representing clients before all levels of courts and administrative tribunals in Ontario if and when litigation arises.

Cynthia is regularly called on as a speaker, and loves sharing her deep knowledge of employment law with clients and industry groups.

When she’s not in lawyer-mode, Cynthia is a hands-on, community-minded mom to two teens who are both competitive in lacrosse and dance – and she takes adult classes in musical theatre, tap and Irish dance, too. Just don’t call her a Dance Mom.
