We are looking for a top-notch employment lawyer with 8 or more years of experience to join our team.
We are a firm of entrepreneurial lawyers and have a well-established and growing client base. We provide employment law and strategic HR advice to employers of all sizes, but also to senior level executives.
The qualified candidate must have employment law experience, primarily from a law firm environment and preferably on the management side. The ability to work independently within tight turnaround timelines is essential. They must be decisive and capable of handling complex business and HR issues. Strong practice management skills are a must. Litigation experience is an asset.
Neither a full nor partial portable practice is required. We offer a competitive compensation package with benefits, a flexible bonus structure, and a well-established, busy practice.
